Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Property Management division, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through proactive business development initiatives. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and property investors, and promoting our property management services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Promote our property management services and value proposition to prospective clients through effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and secure new business agreements, including service contracts and management agreements.
- Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Full driver's license and reliable vehicle.

- Competitive base salary of $80,000 plus superannuation.
