I'm on the hunt for an experienced and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join one of Brisbane’s top real estate teams based in the northern suburbs.

You’ll be supporting four high-performing, high-transaction agents — so this isn’t a role for someone who’s still finding their feet. We need someone sharp, proactive, and capable of hitting the ground running in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have:

Proven experience in a real estate sales admin or sales support role - min 4 years
The ability to manage multiple tasks and agents with precision
A solutions-focused mindset and exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills and confidence with CRM and listing systems (Trello/Agent box/ Realworks)
A desire to be the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly
