About You:
You are:
A licensed WA sales agent with a strong track record
Writing or close to writing $250K+ GCI annually
Professional, presentable, and well-spoken—someone who thrives in a refined environment
Strategic in your approach and confident managing relationships with premium clients
Looking to partner with a well-established agency that respects your autonomy
