What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales & Leasing: Manage and grow a diverse industrial property portfolio, achieving top-tier results.
Negotiate Deals: Use your negotiation skills to close high-value leases and sales, exceeding client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in commercial leasing and/or sales, ideally with a focus on industrial properties.

Negotiation Master: Strong communication and negotiation skills that can close deals with ease.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Parramatta commercial real estate market is highly desirable.
License: A current driver’s license and access to transport.
