Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team, specializing in Large Format Retail Leasing and Property Management. If you have a background in industrial, commercial, and large format property management and are looking for a flexible or full-time role, we want to hear from you!

Car Allowance: We provide a car allowance to support your attendance of property inspections.
Flexible or Full-Time Role: While the position is full-time, we offer flexibility to accommodate your needs.
Commission Opportunities: Earn commissions for leases done outside of your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Share a portfolio with the Senior Asset Manager, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the investment performance of assigned property assets.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their assets are managed with diligence and professionalism.
Lease Administration: Ensure all lease and other documentation is fully executed, negotiate lease renewals with corporate clients, and complete annual rent reviews and outgoing reconciliations.
Financial Management: Handle monthly reconciliation, balance daily banking, and oversee the financial aspects of property management.
Property Inspections & Maintenance: Undertake frequent property inspections and implement preventative maintenance services.
