Placed Australia is seeking an experienced Sales agent for an office in Hornsby in a fast growing and award-winning and successful agency, dedicated to a high-performance culture in an ethical, caring and fun working environment.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels and a strong ability following up new leads.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutual beneficial agreements.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Manage and negotiate sales process.
Networking
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documents to clients
Requirements:
Proven track record in Real Estate Sales.
Comm split is based on experience and proven track record.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong work ethic.
Thrive in a fast paced environment.
Work independently but also be a team player.
Excellent Presentation.
Career and customer focused.
Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Hold a current Certificate of Registration or license.
Valid driver’s licence.
