Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a diverse property portfolio, providing exceptional service to tenants and landlords.
Conduct routine inspections, manage property maintenance requests, and coordinate repairs promptly.
Provide effective communication and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners.
Support the leasing process, including preparation of documentation and tenant onboarding.
Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy regulations and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian, as well as proficiency in English.
Previous experience in property management or administrative support within the real estate sector referred but not necessary.
Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or License (essential).
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a multicultural and collaborative team environment.
