We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate on behalf of a highly regarded agency in Redcliffe, Brisbane. If you have a minimum of 12 months in real estate sales and are keen to excel in a vibrant coastal market, this opportunity is for you.
Your Role:
Develop and maintain a client portfolio in the bustling Redcliffe area, providing personalised service to meet their property needs.
Handle property appraisals, open homes, and private inspections, delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
Guide clients through the sales process, from listing to closing, while consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Partner with the agency’s marketing team to boost property exposure and attract the right buyers.
Stay ahead of the curve on local market trends, offering informed advice to help clients make sound decisions.
What You Bring:
At least 12 months of real estate sales experience.
A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
A proven track record of closing deals and building strong client relationships.
Self-driven with a passion for success in the real estate industry.
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
The flexibility to work weekends and adjust to the demands of a dynamic role.
