An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join a well-established real estate agency in the heart of Southport.
Whether you're experienced in business development or have the energy, confidence, and capability to generate new leads and prospect for new business, this agency will give you the platform to thrive.
You’ll be responsible for growing the agency’s rental portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and showcasing the value of working with a trusted local brand.
The Role
Prospect for new business opportunities through cold and warm leads
Build relationships with local landlords, developers, and investors
Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
Work closely with the property management and sales teams to leverage internal leads
Attend networking events, open homes, and community functions to represent the brand
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and meet monthly new management targets
Educate potential clients on the benefits of the agency’s services and systems
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in real estate business development or a strong background in sales/customer-facing roles
Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
Highly motivated and target-driven
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and in-person lead generation
Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
