An established and growing real estate agency in Parramatta, seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the team. Your primary focus will be to grow the residential rent roll through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and lead conversion.

About the Role:

• Drive growth by generating and converting new landlord leads

• Build long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and referrers

• Develop and execute local prospecting and business development strategies

• Collaborate closely with the property management and sales teams

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a BDM in residential real estate, with a strong track record of growing rent rolls

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• Confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
