We’re on the hunt for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a well-established real estate agency based in Nerang. This is a key opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves being out in the field, and is passionate about growing a rent roll from the ground up.

About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Prospect for new landlord clients across Nerang and surrounding areas
Attend networking events, community functions, and market appraisals to build local relationships
Conduct rental appraisals and convert inquiries into new managements
Develop referral relationships with sales agents, developers, and trades
Maintain and update the agency CRM with new leads, follow-ups, and appraisal notes
Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover of new properties
Meet monthly targets for new managements and be rewarded for results
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Licence)
Proven experience in real estate, preferably in business development or property management
Strong prospecting skills – confident door-knocking, cold calling, and networking
Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-first attitude
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads
A self-starter with the drive to meet and exceed growth targets
Knowledge of the Nerang and broader Gold Coast rental market is an advantage
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
