We’re on the hunt for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a well-established real estate agency based in Nerang. This is a key opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves being out in the field, and is passionate about growing a rent roll from the ground up.

About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Prospect for new landlord clients across Nerang and surrounding areas

  • Attend networking events, community functions, and market appraisals to build local relationships

  • Conduct rental appraisals and convert inquiries into new managements

  • Develop referral relationships with sales agents, developers, and trades

  • Maintain and update the agency CRM with new leads, follow-ups, and appraisal notes

  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover of new properties

  • Meet monthly targets for new managements and be rewarded for results


What We’re Looking For

  • A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Licence)

  • Proven experience in real estate, preferably in business development or property management

  • Strong prospecting skills – confident door-knocking, cold calling, and networking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-first attitude

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads

  • A self-starter with the drive to meet and exceed growth targets

  • Knowledge of the Nerang and broader Gold Coast rental market is an advantage

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
