What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Development Manager, your role will be split between securing new rental managements and driving the leasing process to ensure smooth tenant transitions. Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development
Proactively sourcing and converting new property management leads.
Conducting market appraisals and signing up new rental listings.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and referral partners.
Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for the rental portfolio.
Leasing & Tenant Management
Managing property marketing campaigns, online listings, and inspections.
Conducting open homes, private inspections, and application processing.
Ensuring seamless tenant onboarding, including lease signings.
Staying ahead of market trends and rental pricing strategies.
Who We're Looking For
A results-driven, ambitious professional with a passion for property and business growth.
Experience in leasing, property management, or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
A proactive and strategic mindset, always seeking opportunities to secure new business.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A valid NSW real estate certificate or license (or willingness to obtain one).
A driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
