The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new rental property acquisitions, growing the rent roll, and nurturing strong relationships with landlords and investors. You will
Proactively source and secure new managements through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
Work closely with developers, investors, and property owners to identify new opportunities.
Educate landlords on the benefits of working with the agency, offering tailored property management solutions.
Utilise PropertyMe, REX, ID for Me, and Google Suite to streamline operations and manage new business pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Property Management.
A self-starter who thrives on results – no micromanagement, just full trust in your abilities.
A strong network and the ability to build relationships with landlords and investors.
Confidence in prospecting, negotiation, and securing new managements.
Experience working across diverse property locations throughout Brisbane.
Knowledge of PropertyMe, REX, and digital tools like Google Suite (preferred).
A current Real Estate Registration Certificate and driver’s licence.
