About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Prospect and generate new landlord leads through networking, calls, door knocking, referrals, and digital strategies
Conduct rental appraisals and convert enquiries into new managements
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and local businesses
Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Track leads, follow-ups, and performance in the agency’s CRM system
Represent the agency at community events, networking functions, and open homes
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
Previous experience in business development or property management
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A self-starter with a passion for growth and goal achievement
Professional presentation and a strong commitment to client service
Knowledge of the Beenleigh area and surrounding suburbs is highly desirable
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
