As the new Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding their rental portfolio with a target of 8 new properties per month. With an extensive database of leads and a strong, supportive team, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
Benefits:
$70,000 - $80,000 + Super (based on experience) + Comm
Earn 50% of the letting fee upon meeting the monthly target, with 100% at 12 properties
Bonuses available starting at 8 properties per month and letting handled by the Property Management team

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and the local community
Drive portfolio growth by meeting monthly KPI targets (6 properties) and aiming for the bonus threshold at 8
Leverage a provided database of leads to identify and pursue new rental opportunities
Collaborate with the Property Management team, who will handle tenancy logistics, so you can focus on building relationships and expanding the portfolio
Experience:
Experience in Property Management or Business Development (rental experience preferred)
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, driven attitude
A passion for real estate and a commitment to achieving client satisfaction
Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit, family-oriented team
