We are seeking 2x brilliant Business Development Managers to drive growth and success.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will leverage our client's strong brand and collaborative team culture to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Redcliffe region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the real estate market.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and developers.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective business development strategies.

  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business plans to potential clients.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.

  • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to expand our client's ever-growing presence and build professional connections.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, or a related role within the real estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the Redcliffe real estate markets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
