Job Title: Business Development Manager - Real Estate (Mandarin Speaker)


Location: Green Square, Sydney, NSW

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong background in real estate. This role is crucial for driving our business growth by developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and identifying new market opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create strategies that align with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and corporate clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform business decisions.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.


Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).

  • Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the local property market, particularly in the Green Square area.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
