Position: Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent
Location: Must live within 7 km of Ingleburn
Salary: $45k+ negotiable upon experience
About the Role:
As a Leasing and Property Management Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from a senior property manager, gaining valuable insights into the industry. Your role will primarily focus on leasing, where you’ll develop expertise in this area while also providing support to our Property Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and eager to grow in a supportive and thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Expertise: Develop your skills in leasing, including managing vacant properties, conducting inspections, and processing applications.
Property Management Support: Assist the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks and learn the essential processes involved in managing properties.
Learning and Development: Work closely with a senior property manager to understand the full scope of property management, preparing you for future growth in the industry.
About You:

Team-Oriented: You enjoy working in a team environment and are ready to support your colleagues.
Professional and Organized: You maintain a professional appearance and have excellent time management skills.
Qualified: You have a Certificate of Registration, a driver’s license, and your own car.
