Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Agents: Assist senior agents with property listings, client meetings, and showings.

• Client Engagement: Handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers.

• Property Marketing: Help with property advertising, creating listings, and coordinating open homes.

• Admin Support: Assist with paperwork, data entry, and managing property databases.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some Experience: Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not essential – a passion for the industry is key!

• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

• Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and willingness to work alongside a dynamic team.

• License: Real estate license (preferred but not essential) or a willingness to obtain it.
