Our valued client is seeking TWO Sales Executive Assistants to support their high-performing teams with your amazing administration, customer service and organisational support.
Based in Brisbane city, you will be in the office Monday to Friday (no Saturdays required) supporting high performing and high net worth Real Estate Agents! Aligned and dedicated to one team, you will be responsible for the following:
Use of CRM systems (experience is a plus)
Data entry and general administrative tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional email writing
Handling contract exchanges
Coordinating and conducting open home viewings
Managing and updating social media accounts
Taking quality photos for property listings
